Warranty
Any jewellery purchased through The Luna Spot includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, while all Solid jewellery is within warranty for 12 months. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing faults and defects but excludes accidental breakage, as well as general wear and tear such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading.
It's important to note that if any work, including resizing or repairs, is performed on our pieces by another jeweler, the warranty becomes void.
Handle jewellery delicately, using a soft cloth, and avoid exposure to strong chemicals, cleaning products, creams, and perfumes. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding care or need more specific material details.

In the event that your jewellery is faulty, contact us at info@thelunaspot.com, providing proof of purchase (online order number suffices) and a description with photos of the damaged jewellery. In most cases, we'll request you to return the item for assessment by our customer service team. Upon confirmation of the jewellery's fault, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
If you purchased jewellery from a stockist, please return to them with proof of purchase and the faulty item for resolution.
