Refunds & Returns
At The Luna Spot, we strive to provide you with the finest quality products and customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please take a moment to review our returns policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us on info@thelunaspot.com with your full name and order number in the email subject. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of the reason for your return.
3. Return Authorisation
After evaluating your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number if your return is approved. Do not return any items without obtaining an RA number, as they will not be accepted.
4. Packaging
Ensure that the item is securely packaged, including all accessories and original packaging.
5. Shipping the Return
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
7. Exclusions
We do not offer returns or exchanges on certain items, such as personalised and custom jewellery (custom engraved pieces, custom initial/ letter necklaces and bracelets). All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Please note: We cannot offer returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
