Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100 through Australia Post. All orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following day. Customers should expect to receive their order in 2-5 days. This can vary depending on state and post code. Please note due to unforeseen circumstances, Australia Post can sometimes experiences delays. We kindly ask for your patience should a delay occur.

Your Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please save this email so you can track the progress of your order.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping can be purchased for $15. Customers can expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days. For all domestic orders over $250 we offer free Express Shipping. Please keep in mind that our carriers can experience delays in certain circumstances.

International Shipping

For all international orders Standard delivery is $25. We also offer free international shipping for orders over $150. Please note that delivery may take up to 12 days. For International Express shipping please send us an email to info@thelunaspot.com and we can organise this for you.

PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by your local Customs authority. Our international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), which means these charges are not included in the purchase price on our website.

To ensure the timely delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to settle these fees. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates or guidance on the specific amounts, if applicable. For information regarding charges and rates on packages arriving from overseas, we recommend contacting your country's customs office.
