What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

How do I use a promotional code?

Lucky enough to have a promotional code? Simply enter the code in the designated box labeled 'Gift card or discount code' during checkout, click 'Apply', and if your basket meets the conditions of the offer, your code will apply. Please note sale items are excluded from all promotional codes unless specified otherwise.

Can I update my address once an order has been placed?

We have a very small window that allows changes to be made to addresses. Please reach out to the team via info@thelunaspot.com during business hours and they will do their best to help.

Delivery

Do you ship to my Country?

We are currently able to ship internationally with the exception of Russia. All orders with Russian addresses will be cancelled. 

PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by your local Customs authority. Our international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), which means these charges are not included in the purchase price on our website.

How long does delivery take?

For our Australian domestic customers the below shipping estimates apply:

  • Express Post: 1-5 business days
  • Standard Post: 2-9 business days

For all International customers the below shipping estimates apply:

  • Express Post: 2-4 business days
  • Standard Post: 10 - 18 business days

My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

Once we have dispatched the goods, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail info@thelunaspot.com. You must notify us by email within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

How will my jewellery be packed?

At The Luna Spot, we believe in sustainable practices, and that's why we prioritise eco-friendly packaging. Your items will be carefully packaged in sustainable materials, ensuring that your purchase aligns with your values. Each item is first placed inside a reusable microfibre pouch, and finally shipped in an environmentally friendly recycled mailer.

You may choose to add a FREE recycled jewellery box at checkout.

Can I track my parcel?

All our deliveries can be tracked, you will be sent a tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Otherwise, please email us at info@thelunaspot.com and we can provide the necessary information for you.

Returns

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

What if I receive a faulty item?

What if I've changed my mind about the product?

In order to initiate an unwanted return or exchange please email us at info@thelunaspot.com. Please note that we do not except returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless they are faulty), engraved items, or monogrammed products.

Return shipping costs?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

What materials are The Luna Spot pieces made of?

Our jewellery is made of 316L Stainless Steel or 925 Sterling Silver. Please check individual product descriptions for more detailed information.

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings are available in 3 different sizes: UK L/US 6, UK N/US 7, and UK P/US 8. If you would like more information, please visit our size guide here.
