Ever received a package filled with items you had to discard, like paper invoices, jewellery care cards, stickers, and tissue paper? While many brands have transitioned to eco-friendly materials, much of it still ends up as waste. That's why we've streamlined our jewellery packaging process. Instead of adding unnecessary embellishments, our packaging is straightforward and designed for reuse.

We package all our jewellery items in microfibre pouches made from sustainable materials. These pouches serve a dual purpose – not only can they store and protect your jewellery, but they can also be used to clean it. Yes, you heard us right; you can use the pouch to buff your items, reducing the need for a separate cleaning cloth. You can also choose whether you would like to have this pouch placed inside a recycled jewellery box from The Luna Spot. If you prefer your own method of storing jewellery at home, no worries – you can opt out of the box, further reducing unnecessary items.

Our pouches/ boxes are then placed inside recycled mailers provided by Better Packaging Co. These mailers are created from trash materials collected from riverways and beaches, diverting them from the ocean. Each mailer comes with a code that allows you to trace its origin on the Better Packaging Co website! After use, you can recycle the mailer with your regular recycling or keep it and use it to send out a package to your friends!

Finally, we include a thank-you card printed by Canva. This card features QR codes for our returns process and care instructions, eliminating the need for multiple printed materials in your packaging. You can either recycle the card or use it as art!

We are dedicated to minimising our footprint and fostering a culture of responsibility toward the environment. This commitment extends to every facet of our operation, from the supplies we use to the way we manage our workspace.

We have implemented different strategies in studio to encourage a culture of waste reduction such as: reusing packaging materials, digitising our documents, using energy efficient lighting and repurposing where possible.
